| Accommodation |
| Accommodation is in single en-suite study bedrooms at King’s College. The majority of rooms are located in the main building but some are in New Garden, which is a short walk through the college grounds. |
Each bedroom is provided with tea/coffee making facilities, wash basin, towels and toiletries. |
A limited number of twin rooms are available. |
Car Parking |
| Car parking is available off-site at the sports ground at the end of Fulbrooke Road and, if required, must be pre-booked. It is approximately a one mile walk to King’s College along Barton Road. Alternatively a taxi can be called via a mobile phone. |
Please note: for NON RESIDENT delegates the car park closes at 8 pm and cars will need to be relocated Wednesday and Thursday evening to ensure access to your vehicle after the reception and gala dinner. Alternative evening on road parking is available close to King’s. |
It is recommended that you use the car parking facility as parking in Cambridge is both difficult and expensive. |
Car parking can be pre-booked on the booking form or can be booked at a later date. |
The cost for parking is £5 for the duration of the meeting. |
