FEES
| Resident - £585 |
| For those delegates wishing to be resident the meeting fee is £585. This includes the cost of registration, accommodation, breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee and the Reception and Gala Dinner. |
Non Resident - £480 |
| For those delegates who choose to be non-resident the meeting fee is £480. This includes the cost of registration, lunch on day one and day two, tea, coffee and the Reception and Gala Dinner. |
Payment |
| A non refundable deposit of £75 is payable at the time of booking. This will cover the cost of administration in the event of cancellation by a delegate. Confirmation will be sent on receipt of the booking form and payment. |
The balance of the fees are payable by 1st February 2009. |
Cancellations |
| After 1st February 2009 any refunds are at the discretion of the organisers. |
