FEES

Resident - £585
For those delegates wishing to be resident the meeting fee is £585. This includes the cost of registration, accommodation, breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee and the Reception and Gala Dinner.

Non Resident - £480
For those delegates who choose to be non-resident the meeting fee is £480. This includes the cost of registration, lunch on day one and day two, tea, coffee and the Reception and Gala Dinner.

Payment
A non refundable deposit of £75 is payable at the time of booking. This will cover the cost of administration in the event of cancellation by a delegate. Confirmation will be sent on receipt of the booking form and payment.

The balance of the fees are payable by 1st February 2009.

Cancellations
After 1st February 2009 any refunds are at the discretion of the organisers.
